On The Boards

To minimize view impacts from residential units behind, the Molokini single family and multi-family 3-plex units incorporate low-slope butterfly green roofs that open views toward the ocean. The interior living, dining and kitchen areas of these 5-bedroom, approximately 4,500 SF to 5,000 SF units are free of structure relying on post-tensioned concrete to allow large expanses of floor space. The ocean side of these units include large lanais that are structured with cedar posts and beams. Large glass doors open the living and bedroom spaces to the views and pool garden at the lower level.

The exterior material finishes include coral colored plaster walls, cedar wood soffits, wall panels and trim, and basalt stone walls. Dark bronze aluminum doors, windows and louver screen elements are used for sun control and privacy.
