This project was conceived as a fully integrated, multi-faceted coastal resort development in West Java, Indonesia.

Themed to the era and to the diverse countries that traded in Java during that historic time, this resort was designed with a town square at its heart, anchored by a hotel facing the Indian Ocean. Other facilities included beachfront and timeshare condominiums, retail areas and single-family residences. The total master-planned building area was 102,000 square meters.

As Managing Director for the Jakarta-based firm PAI, Mark de Reus was the lead architect for this project.
